Q: The stock continues to fall like a stone, I'm in the red on this one, your last answer on this in July indicated you don't see bankruptcy in the immediate future and the government could possibly step in to protect bond holders if things continue to worsen.
Has your position changed on the last three weeks of news on BBD and what would be required of BBD for you to recommend it as a buy.

Q: Why do you like the prospects for Sun Life relative to Great-West Life. GWO appeared to be in better shape to manage the financial crisis of 08/09 and would that not indicate that GWO is a better managed company?

Q: Hi Peter,
I am sure WSP holdings will move higher given their earnings, and stantec may move a lot lower with their miss. However, I am thinking of selling wsp and add to stn. Is this wise for longer term hold for stn? Constellation moves 20-30 per day. Do you think it is simply trading eventhough it is thinly traded stock. Fairfax is having challenges lately. I am thinking long term hold. Any comments and Concordia seems to have risen too fast in a year. Is this something to worry about and finally Currency Exchange is flat. Any comments. Much appreciated for your advice.

Q: I purchased this as an IPO at $10. I am down 18%. I earn $227 monthly as a dividend. I am now getting into the 'bored syndrome' . Do you reccommend I hold or sell?

I was thinking of replacing part with Peller, part with Fiera (FSZ) and top up my BIN.

I hold all of your portfolios in the reccommended allocations.

If you reccommend I sell and buy the other 3 in total or in part, should they go into an RRSP or not? My DIR is not registered.

Would appreciate your input.

Q: I've been waiting for a pullback to buy MIC-N and now it's happened, but it's been prompted by its latest earnings release. Could I please get you to look over the earnings and tell me what you think. Is it a good time to buy or not, and what the heck is "underlying proportionately combined free cash flow" that they focus on in their headline number? They must use the same "simple" accounting system as Brookfield Group.

Q: Hi,
I do not understand why you include BEP.UN in your income portfolio.
This is what I read on Disnat :
P/E Ratio 145.27
Earnings/Share $ 0.26
Dividend/Share $ 1.66

The income is great, but the payout ratio seems unsustainable. Is the capital safe? Can you comment?

Q: Could I get your opinion please on Keyera's 2Q earnings. They sound good, and include a 9% dividend increase, however the EPS is down which seems to be affected by a number of non-cash charges. This always worries me. Thx Scott
