Q: Yes James, like Noel said, I 2 find it difficult to get it right in stepping in. Blast, eh! 5iR suggested technical analysis. On that score I like Alexander Elder, like come into my trading room. I promise myself 'follow it'. But I become impatient aha ahaha...

Q: Hello Peter et al.
With the recent news about the Bond proposal and having 40% of the bond holders already approving it, does this stock have a chance to rebound? The meeting is scheduled for the 27th of this month. Most people think it is a dream deal with only 10% dilution. What is your opinion? I know before you said it was essentially a lottery ticket but do you think the odds of this turning around have gotten better with this deal.
Thanks,
Brendan

Q: I bought byd.un at 10, this represent now 3.5% of portfolio. also their dividend is not eligible. Technically it seems to have rounded a top, I am not afraid of capital gains tax. Would you trade it or part of it for exco.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Hello Peter
I'm looking at ways to reduce volatility of my portfolio. I've had some success shorting. However I'm finding it very tiresome to always be on the look out for shorts. Can you recommend another service or a strategy...or even a book that can help me with this process.
Also it would be wonderful if you offered a short portfolio to compliment your other portfolio's on the service.
Thanks
Nicholas

Q: Hi! Currently down 60% with a Baytex holding in a LIF. Is it better to just hold this waiting for a recovery or to sell and move the remaining money into an other oil stock or another type of stock altogether? And if you recommend a move do you have specific stocks to recommend?
Q: Could you please give me your opinion of this company. Is it overpriced? Thanks
Q: Hi all, We currently have a 5% position of our portfolio in RRX, another 5% split pretty evenly among cpg, tou & ppy. Given the current news about a possible significant drop in oil prices, would it be wise to reduce our positions in some or all of the above now and get back in later in the year?
Thanks a lot
John

Q: Hello Peter,
on the lines of FSV, with the similar positive traits that are liked at 5i, can you please provide some other names that would provide US exposure with cdn dollars. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Q: Which is riskier PLI or CRH? If you were going to invest today for a 3 year period would you go with PLI or CRH? On a valuations basis considering growth potential, is CRH still "cheap" relative to its peers even after the recent increase?
Q: I am thinking of buying Crombie Real Estate in my TFSA account as it pays a high dividend and has been SLOWLY growing. Is the a good investment?
Q: Hi...it has been awhile since you commented on this REIT. How would you feel about this as an income generating investment at this time with its focus on Germany. Does the threat of rising interest rates in the US have an impact?
Q: Please provide your opinion on the results of INN.un today.Did its diluted EPS & Revenue beat expectations? Thanks a lot for your normal excellent services & opinion.
Q: What do you think of Callidus and asset-based lending in general? It seems they fill a niche above some of the 'factoring' companies in terms of finance. This seems to be a growth area. Are they fairly valued here? Thx.
Q: Could you update Luna Gold (LGC), in light of the forbearance agreement and May 1 deadline. Should I take my loss now or risk it going to 0 on May 1st.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Hey Peter & Team
recently Insider Money reported that John Paulson at the end of 2014 purchased a significant number of shares (9 mill) in MNK. Since then the share value has seen a 21% appreciation and in the past year, shares have increased by by over 45%.
As a retail investor, it is becoming obvious we are the dummies out here and that hedge fund managers and the like are getting information well ahead of us.
Is there a way us little people are able to get a hold of information like this in real time?
And how should we be using the 5i site to get concurrent information on companies that have a change which will effect share values
And what are your thoughts on MNK moving forward?
Any www sites you can provide that might help us understand what big/smart money is doing in real time would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for all you do

Q: Could you please comment on the latest results? The stock is down over 8% this morning. Thanks Ron
Q: I'm a bit worried about my WCP and CEU holdings which I hold for income and income growth. In light of ever increasing oil inventories and oil service stocks hurting big time I don't see much hope for these companies this year. I'm thinking about selling these two for other income stocks I feel are a bit more stable such as Exchange Income (EIF) & Veresen (VSN). How do you feel about these moves and could you possibly suggest other suitable income replacements.
Q: Re Gerald's comment today (RY - Royal Bank) and his discovery of D-Series funds available thru RBC. I'm sure you will find this to be true for all banks as adverse to their affiliated Discout/Self-Directed brokerage's.
IE at TDDI (TD Direct Investing) they also offer D-Series funds.
I would suggest though that Gerald check-out their eSeries Index Funds. Out of the 17 listed on their Website 12 have MER's below 1% and NO Commisions to buy/or sell.

Q: Looking to buy a US Health Care stock for growth. Do you have any recommendations for a smaller mid-cap? Thank you.
