Q: I have held intrinsic ics.to for many years. It had large volume yesterday and a pop in the stock price. Just wondered if you ever followed this stock and any reason for the action? Thanks Clare

Q: Hi Peter Sylogist (SYZ)announced a Secondary today @$8.90. Is it worth picking up the shares at or around this price. Or, you think, it may dampen the stock price for some time and should wait to buy. Thanks for your advice.
Q: Espial (T.ESP) turned the corner to profitability with its latest results in February and are now rubbing shoulders with, or supplying some of the majors in the IP video and Smart TV sectors.
Given the real and immediate threat to cable companies by outfits like Netflix, this area seem very promising for some competent players.
Given the Q4 results, have Espial's future prospects moved up meaningfully in your estimation?
Thanks!

Q: I own 5000 shares of Dragon Wave (DWI). Do you see any upside in this company? I know they were in the high teens at one point. Will they ever recover or be bought out. They seem to have good technology but lots of debt.
Q: Peter isn't one of your criteria for selecting good stocks the fact that they rarely issue shares? The reason I am asking this is that AVO -- Avigilon seems to be issuing a LOT of stock when they don't need the cash. I know your team has answered a previous question on AVO about this by saying that they probably have a big acquisition that they want to do BUT I have been invested in companies before that have done this and it always seems like they think the shares are over-valued and they want to benefit by selling at a high price.
Do you have any concerns about the way that they are selling a lot of shares without needing the cash?
Thanks

Q: I see that Avigilon is selling ahares at $29.00 to raise an estimated $75 million and the intended use is for general corporate purposes and potential strategic acquisitions. Do you have any comments?
Q: OTC insiders sold $69M US in past year according to INK/TD. CEO $8.5M; CFO $17M. Should I sell?
Q: Do you follow any company that is in the 3D printing space, hardware and software. Are any Canadian companies involved in this very interesting process.
Thank you.
Terry

Q: Were the results Neulion - NLN reported this am good enough to warrant adding to my position? Thoughts for a speculation.
Q: re CA:SW SWIR - M2M & IofE.... for 5i research & family
Went by Sierra Wireless head office in Richmond BC. Beautiful very large building. Very busy place with tons of security. Sat in large lobby and talked with a couple of suppliers waiting to meet with SW contacts. Each said SW was enjoying a very positive attitude with lots going on in building relationships & R&D. And they appear to be working with all the big players in the M2M EofI technology sector including Cisco.
Technicals for SWIR were very flat between Jan 05 & Aug 2013. Since Aug however stock has seen a 59% increase and in the past month a 21% upside to where it sits today at $25.42. I am wondering if this chart is not going to look incredibly good over the next 2 - 5 years and beyond.
In previous reports 5i has mentioned a bit of a checkered past regarding performance for SW but lots of cash on hand. You also mentioned it isn't cheap @ 30+ times earnings. But I can't help thinking M2M technology makes incredible sense and is something we are going to see take off in a big way in the not so distant future.
Does the 5i team have any idea when that future may be? And what about a bigger player coming in and taking SW out... is that something of a possibility?
Thanks 5i... appreciate the forum big time

Q: Hi, I have been slowing adding your model portfolio to my stocks and I am somewhat concerned about Magna ( MG) and Constellation Software (CSU) seeing how they have climbed quite fast as of late. I am wondering if they are fully valued and whether or not I should wait for a pull back for these two.
Q: My portfolio is light on technology stocks (5%). I own SYZ. Are there other options in the sector with a 3-5% dividend, which you could recommend? Being retired, I'm seeking income and some decent growth.
Thanks for the great service.
Kyle

Q: Good Comments on CSU. If they do an equity financing which will cover the cost of Total Specific Solutions (recent company purchased)what would be the expected % of share dilution that current share holders could expect? Since this info is now in the market place will this put a short term top on stock?
Thanks as always

Q: I would appreciate your comments with regard to the Decarte (DSG) and RDM (RC) earnings releases issued this morning. Many thanks.
Q: Can you please comment on ESL first quarter financial results ending period Jan.31/14. Thanks.
Q: Hi Peter
I'd like your opinion ref the announcement from ESL dated March 4th of its purchase of IT Senix AG of Germany at the price of 7 million Euros.
Is this a good fit and a good price?
Would you be a buyer of ESL after this announcement?
Thanks,
Ron
