Q: Is the FOXF growth story broken or just terrible macro right now? Are they losing share to a competitor? They have had a bumpy ride with the earning shocks and wondering if they can still kick it back into high gear. Or if earnings will continue to deflate.
Q: This is more a comment. This company has spend a significant (over $20 million) on R and D, in particular automation, over the last three years and the benefits are clear to see. The cfo told me that the new technology has performed beyond expectation and it is equivalent to employing 100 welders.
The dual share structure, while often maligned, does have its benefits. It means management has a huge incentive to get things right.
Q: On February 14 Zach presented an overview of Payfare on the Monthly Roll Up Podcast . It sounded intriguing and it is now on my watchlist. Any further evaluation would be welcome. What metrics are important to watch as this company continues to develop?
Q: BNE has been one of my worst performing oil and gas stocks over the past year. Your last answer on BNE mentioned that it is cheap on all metrics and my spreadsheet shows it screening well against other oil and gas companies. What do you think is the problem?
Q: Can you please comment on:
(1) Insider Ownership
(2) How is management compensated - salary, options, common shares purchased in open market?
(3) Do they dilute shareholders? Perhaps share count over the last 3-5 years and if it was warranted in your opinion
Thank you so much for your valued information. I am really appreciating 5i Research.
Q: According to the files, the last mention of sxp was November, they recently announced financials. A more current response would be great. Maybe you haven’t changed your opinion and have no replacement idea???
Thanks
Q: 3 short questions:
(1)XSU:CA is the TSX listed hedged version of IWM:US. Is there an unhedged version of IWM:US on the TSX?
(2) Is there a listing on the TSX for IWN:US; either hedged or unhedged?
(3) XSMC:CA (100% IJR:US) has net assets of only $35M compared to net assets of $544M for XSU:CA (100% IWM). Can I conclude from this that IWM is the more popular US small cap ETF in Canada? 5i research has suggest the IJR holds larger, possibly more stable US small caps compared to IWM.
Thanks!
