Q: 1. OTC has a design lockdown and is scheduled to begin animal trials this year.
2. It has also paid out 2 senior executives with Shares.

In your experience do you think a company letting executives go when it appears to be making progress on its research is an indicator it might be tendering a buyout? or do you think this is a sign the company is experiencing hardship and the research is not panning out?

The cons as I see them - Tiny, pre-revenue and "lottery ticket like" I think.

I imagine too small to have caught your attention but would you have any optimistic view here to have someone keep an eye on this one considering lithium-mania?

Q: In yesterdays webinar it was reiterated that the $540m financing package (50% from Economic Development Canada) would be finalized in early May.
Major shareholders include Sibanye Stillwater, Sprott, Lundin, Osiko as well as insiders.
Permits are expected Q2 for tree cutting, other permits in Q3/Q4, and the final permits Jan. 2024.
Why do you think Genm languishes at a $100m market cap at this stage of development.
