Q: Good Morning Peter, Ryan, and Team,
I noticed this morning that, according to AVO's most recent Ink Insider Report, 563,400 shares have been repurchased at an average price of about $17.50 so far since May 14, 2015. Avigilon raised $100 million back in April, 2014 at $29 per share. Aside from alienating those people who purchased shares at $29 do you think it makes sense for a company in hyper-growth mode to use their cash to buy back stock when the company is not generating any free cash flow on an operating basis ??? (using data from TD Direct Investing) Your opinion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, DL

Q: Having only recently added Amaya to my portfolio, The G & M article this weekend was more than coincidental. Can I assume that today's 5% drop was a result of the negative features in the article. Are you still moderately or aggressively bullish on this company?

Q: Can we get your thoughts on the latest Globe and Mail article on the Amaya investigation? I've noticed that the G&M seems to have a constant barrage of negative articles on Amaya.

Does the AMF have to report the results of their investigation at a certain date or could this drag on for years?

Q: My 5% position has fallen to 3% with G's decline. I'm considering topping it up to 5% again or taking a position in another gold company. G is my only gold company, and miner for that matter. One concern is the talk of rate hikes looming and golds getting hit further. Your opinion please?

Q: I am looking at adding CPH to my portfolio. Would you suggest starting with a half position in todays market? Also I am wondering how to interpret the company's goals. For example, they are targeting $1biln cap by 2020. Based on the current number of shares (26million) that is a stock price of almost $40. Is this what management is suggesting here?

Q: I purchased Cipher Pharmaceutical during jan.'15 at $17.60/share. It is now down to $11.11/share (37% loss). The fundamentals look pretty good (e.g. forward PE of 9.56). I would appreciate if you could fill me in about why you think it has tanked so badly and what is your outlook for it?

Yes, he likes it, with high praise for management, execution and target shareholder returns. IF you're thinking of investing in BEP, or if you need a utility, please read this. Q: I recently added a position in ENB on the latest price dip. This morning Patrick Horan guest speaker on BNN says that he is shorting ENB. Claims that ENB cannot grow dividend, Interest and High evaluation and that ENB missed earnings.

I would like to hold ENB for the longer term but would not want to go through a major down cycle.

Can you comment overall and address you position on shorting ENB - I would have never looked at ENB as a short...

Q: I apologize if you have already answered this, but I can't find it. Given that the TSX will be moving Chartwell to the Healthcare sector, do you think that is an accurate allocation when trying to build a diversified portfolio? I'm inclined to leave it in Financials as a REIT. Would you agree, or should it comprise part of my Healthcare component?
