Q: HI everyone, I am interested in North West Healthcare, NWH.un, in a TFSA. I like the idea of investing in medical infrastructure as I can't see the demand decreasing. What are your thoughts?

Q: Hi Peter, I am a new member, and I have a question on a closed end fund that gets very little coverage despite a great yield (8%). I have a position in Aberdeen Asia Pacific, FAP on Toronto. My Dad has held this company for over 20+ years and he said it has never missed a payment. What do you think, is it reasonably safe for son to follow his Dad's advice?
Q: Hi, I just recently joined this website, and I am enjoying all the great information. I have a lot of Reits and recently took a position in Timbercreek TMC on Toronto for my TFSA. A lot of the TV experts seem to think that the average retail investor should be scared of this one. Did I make a mistake?
Q: I have been holding TLM for a few years and held on to it during the highs. Has anything happened in the last few months that would make this a hold or would it be wise to exit, at least temporarily, until it starts looking more positive?

Q: I am interested in purchasing Stantec (STN) but I notice the P/E ratio is 78. Should this be reason for me to back away from purchasing this stock? Thank you.
Q: BAD. Peter, I have been watching this stock for a good pull back to buy some as I do not currebntly hold; but, it keeps on trucking. Should I just bite the bullet and get some now?
Q: Great service, Peter.
I have just sold Argonaut Gold and I am looking for a dividend producing junior gold stock to replace it. May I have a couple of your favourites?
Thanks.

Q: Hi guys. Would you buy a timber stock now or has the runup overpriced them? If you would, would it be NBD, WFT, ADN or something else?
Q: I have about 100% capital gain on several good dividend paying stocks but I read that investors may shift to another sector soon. How do I protect my long held capital growth. Example-ARX-book $12.32\ IPL.UN-book $11.27\ BTE-book $10.04. Thanking you ,J.T.
Q: I am looking at Corus (CJR.B) as a means to provide further diversification to my portfolio. I would appreciate your opinion on this company. Thank you.
Q: Which company do you prefer Cresent Point CPG or White Cap Resources WCP? Thanks!!!!
Q: Between HLF, BAD and STN which one do you think has better potential. I have seen HLF go up like crazy in the last few days and to a lesser extent so have BAD and STN. Dont you think some of these must be real expensive on valuation basis at this point and there would be more downside than upside. What are your thoughts? Thanks
Q: Good morning Peter,
In your refernce to positive thoughts on the tech sector, do you have any specific thoughts on Com Dev (CDV) in Cambridge. It has moved about its 50 and 200 day and seems to be basing and nudging higher?

Q: I have a question about Capital Power Corp. CPX(TSX)
I'm considering a position in CPX, and I'm wondering if you have any insight as to how they finished the year. Technicals seem to indicate the bottom is behind us, but I'd like your updated view before I decide.
How would you compare it to Northland Power NPI, and Brookfield Energy BEP.UN at this time? They all seem to be incurring losses yet the latter two seem to keep going up in price. Is CPX poised for some catch up?
Thanks.

Q: Hi Peter - I've been holding onto Petrobakken in the hopes it might recover but today's news has hit hard. Do think there is any chance of price recovery, or possible reduction in dividend. Many thanks for your great service..
Q: Is this still a good entry point at $4.89 for amaya gaming? Or should i wait for a pullback?
