Q: I am planning on selling the new FSV but Keeping the Colliers portion. I will need to adjust my ACB to allow for the split. Is there a % relationship that was announced or some other method to do this?

Q: Hi Peter and team. I'm thinking of adding either CUF.UN or HR.UN to my portfolio. Which do you recommend and why? There is a 2% difference in yield. I also own NLY. I realize this is a mortgage backed security but for portfolio sector weighting how would you classify it ? And any comments on the company would be appreciated.

My portfolio has done really well since I became a member a couple of years ago thanks to your guidance, thank you!

One of my worst performers in the portfolio is DDD. I started with a smaller half position about 1.5 years ago, and have averaged down in small chunks over that time frame. Based on my avg acquisition cost, I am under water 31%. I still believe in the 3D Space, and I believe this remains 5i's go to name for exposure in said space, but DDD's chart looks horrendous.

Can I get an updated opinion on the company? I like to keep my small positions at no less than 1.5% of the portfolio, it has now dropped to 1.3%. I am a patient investor not afraid of some risk with a long time frame BUT I get this feeling like I can be getting a better return with other 5i growth names... Would you suggest I sell DDD to lock in my capital loss for the year and rotate the money elsewhere? Hold tight? Or perhaps add a little more to get back to my 1.5% portfolio weight?

Q: Would appreciate your comments on the Merus Labs update on the review of the German Federal Joint Committee (the "G-BA") related to Emselex® (Darifenacin). A hearing is now scheduled for June 9, 2015, however, the Company anticipates that a final determination of a possible maximum reimbursement price and the specific products which will be included in the proposed class, will likely not occur during the Company's current fiscal year.
Do you think a timing for ruling until next year will create an overhang on the stock and as such hold back it's price appreciation?

Utilities 14% with BEP.UN Brookfield
Industrials 22% with BIN and WSP Progressive Waste and WSP Global
Energy 4% with SGY Surge
Info Tech 14% with SYZ Sylogist and CXI Currency Exchange
I am thinking of EFN Element Financial for Financial Sector
or ATD.B to increase Consumer Discretionary. Or do you recommend something else with more growth opportunity.
It would be about a 5% weighting.

My wife's former employer's managed RSP portfolio has been transferred (all in cash) and consolidated into her general RSP fund; she is now sitting with the following positions:
FC.DB.C 3.1%
CNQ 2.9%
VET 3.8%
EFN.N 4.4%
HCG 4.2%
DIV 4.6%
RAM770 6.4%
CASH 70.6%

What appropriate equities from your Model Portfolios would fill in the holes as to sector/asset allocation and what would be a suitable cash position? To date, we have researched and like the following equities: BNP, WSP, GUD, NPI, CCL.B

Q: What are your thoughts on this company. They would appear to be at an attractive entry price but they are attached to the O&G sector and was wondering if the team feel they will drop more so maybe it is better to wait until the sector shows sustainable growth

How do you feel about stop losses and if you use them how do you determine where to set them? Lately I have been wrestling with trailing stops, and trying to move my stops with as the price rises. What do you think?

Q: I hold shares of this company in my TFSA and I am down by 60%. Should I add some to bring my average cost down. I have about $2500 cash in the TFSA. I am retired but does not need the extra income.
