Q: Vanguard has an excellent reputation in the USA as a low cost provider of ETFs. The 4 equity ETFs they offer in Canada seem to reflect this, yet they have difficulty attracting investors. I would appreciate your input.

Q: Before the end of 2012 Kraft will be splitting out the snack and beverage portion of the business. Do you know if Kft shareholders will have their holdings split into Kraft and Mondelez shares on some valuation basis? Or will Kft share holdings be increased to make up the difference?

Q: Boston Pizza , BPF.UN is starting to move up nicely again. Do you ever give an opinion on how high the share price of a company can go and our companies like BPF ever likely to be a take over candidate ?

Q: i would like your opinion of URE and URZ both are small uranium developers in the US, seems the US would be wanting to secure uranium supplies.

Q: Peter,

I have a difficult question for you. If one wants to put equal amounts in two dividend paying stocks, with good yields but at the same time excellent future growth prospects and less/minimal econometric risk, in your opinion which two stocks will you rank as your top two ( I will ignore MMT and ELD as you already have them as your NP picks).

The question answer session is an excellent source in providing brief guidance on companies.

My question is on NOK. I recently bought some call options (expiring Jan 2013) considering it is trading at cash value. This in my opinion is positioned better then RIM. Do you think they can turn this company around or will someone pick it up at a premium before that? Your thoughts. Thanks

The problem and you alluded to it is that it is one of the most difficult information to obtain.
I would love to see what the short would think/do if the market bids were only available twice a month. Just thinking....
