Q: A question about the U.S. housing sector. Big U.S. banks this week suggesting housing has turned the corner and some evidence of that. Do you agree with this and if so... What is the best way to profit from this on the equity side at this stage? Forest Products? Builders? Thank you.

Q: Canadian consumer debt is at 167% of income. Public sector wages are likely to be frozen in Ontario. Do you (your team) foresee a regional or national recession in Canada soon?

Q: Zargon has had some insider buying at the end of Sept. and beginning of Oct. They cut their dividend to .72 cents per year and would seem to be able to continue this. Does this look like a good income plus capital appreciation situation to you?

Q: Hi Peter!is CFN still a good buy now trading at $10. A 40% increase since you published your report on it. P/E is now at 12.9 according to tmx website. Dividend is good but can we expect stock gain? Thanks
