Q: Hi Peter and Team,
Can you please provide a few suggestions on water related stocks that trade in Canada (TSX or Venture)? I'm looking to allocate a small portion of my portfolio is this sector for the long term. Small - Mid Cap names would be ideal.

Q: Hey Peter & Team,

Have approx 25% cash on the side and am waiting for something of value to appear.

I have been watching Whitecap closely and noticed today @$14.04 it is trading below it's 200 day moving average ($14.08) and considerably below it's 50 day moving average ($14.47)

At the same time on a technical basis it has been showing higher lows and higher highs since it's low point Jan 12.

Please provide advice regarding whether now would be a good time or not necessarily a good to take a 5% position and why you think as such?

The balance of my portfolio contains 7% in O&G. (TOU & BTE) and I recently put new U$ money into BP (20% of my US portfolio) @ $39.64.

Q: The consensus seems that bond funds will tank when rates rise. I own a chunk of PH&N High Yield Bond Fund and an ETF Bond Fund - XHY. It seems to me that the active managers will position themselves for a rate rise so how do you see these two reacting when the inevitable day comes>

Q: With CU being at a 52 week low and it's long history of raising dividends, I am wondering your comments on purchasing a small position mainly for income. Stability, and increasing dividends are a goal. We do own FTS and EMA, TRP and PPl and wondered if adding CU would give some worthwhile diversification within the utility space? Are there risk factors of concern?

Q: I currently have 26 holdings in my portfolio.I am down on BTE, CVE and CPG. My only other energy stock is WCP ( a hold ?) . I am getting impatient with the energy recovery. Do you think I should hold these and wait it out or should I dump them? If I had to dump just one or two which would you recommend I sell?

Q: Can you please comment on the biggest risks you see (outside general economic environement) for this company?

Is their portfolio protected in case of a rise in interest rate ?

Can you please comment on management compensation (note 17 of the last q4 fs) and options granted. At fist glance it seems high vs revenue and profit generated?

Q: Could (or will) Kicking Horse's production in the Alberta Montenay be potentially tied into the Pacific Coast LNG projects? The co. also has an interest in an East Coast (New Brunswick) LNG project. What are your thoughts about the merits of this project? Would you place any economic value in KCK's holding in this project?

Q: Bought this for my RSP 5 years for income (12% yield) and am 10% down even after currency adjustment. Small part of portfolio (2%) NAV is 10 % higher than share price. I figure that if I am underwater with interest rates and US $ the way they are now, then maybe I should sell. Your thoughts please and thanks. DEREK

Q: From an investment standpoint, would you rank Brookfield Property Partners (BPY.UN) in the top 10% of real estate investments listed on the TSX? Which others would you consider for an investment ahead of BPY.UN?

I already own a 4% weighting in another Brookfield investment - BIP.UN. In your opinion, would I be better diversified from a company standpoint by considering an alternative real estate investment?

Q: Hi Peter and group, I presently own LNR (Linamar) and am up 80%.I am thinking of selling it to buy MRE. I believe that MRE may have more upsize/growth potential. LNR has had a great run but am thinking any more upside may be limited. Your thoughts please
