Q: Hello,



In March, ICL was offering 0.50 per share to buy out Allana Potash. Now, the market is trading between 0.485-0.49 a share. I am wondering how firm is the deal?

Should I invest my money in it? I estimate the profit is around 3% for a period of 3 months. If you think this is a secure investment, I am considering buying some shares.

Q: Since closing over $33. in Feb, BPY has dropped to under $28. Is there a fundamental or performance problem, 1st Quarter results released Apr 30, or is it just money moving back into Energy and leaving companies like BPY.UN
I have had this company or its predecessor, BPO, for 4-5 years with a 120% gain, plus dividend. What's your view on this company longer term.
