We currently own Microsoft, Navidia and Amazon in the tech. sector. You have confidence in both Google and Navidia.
Would you think it prudent to switch Amazon for Google AND/ OR CSU.
What are your thoughts of holding Google, Navidia and CSU as my three primary tech. investments, or do you have other suggestions.

What does that mean and how do you view this transaction going forward ? Is it big positive or not and potential positive catalyst?

Q: Descartes just reported Q2 earnings. They have made 85 cents (US) for the 1st half of the year. Given that earnings are creeping up, maybe they make $1.75 or $1.80 this year. That would be about $2.40, $2.45 Cdn, something like that. The stock price is about 55 times that, giving it a very high p/e. I know it has always had a very high p/e. Earnings growth for the 1st half is only about 6%. I know DSG is a highly regarded business, they are pretty consistent, etc. but I am finding it hard to see the value of holding this stock with such sluggish growth compared to the very high p/e ratio. Seems it would be tough to see much price appreciation when the p/e is already so high and the growth is minimal. Is there reason to think the growth might be high enough in the next 2 -3 years to justify not only the current stock price, but a significantly higher price? I'm finding it difficult to justify continuing to hold a stock with a PEG ratio of about 9.

Given the numerous embedded, and well financed, co's in this sector, carving out a defensible niche or moat seems quite difficult.

Q: What are your thoughts/comments about market concentration in the Mag 7 stocks?

Seems to be around 32% of the total market cap of the S&P500 are in just those 7 stocks, which is around levels last seen in the .com bubble. While these companies have real revenues and profits, valuations are high (relative to historical averages), and it certainly seems somewhat concerning. I would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.

Kxs has been pretending to be a growth stock now for five years…..trading sideways with price move failures at or below $200.

I do not have the luxury of holding since lows so really been watching dead money in a long term portfolio.

What valuation metric are investors waiting for Kxs to grow into?
Analysts have indicated lower prices ahead and have been right on this name again.

What’s it going to take?
Or is this finally a sell despite positive comments about recent earnings?

Q: Trump tariffs... impact on e commerce with non US countries. I see US analysts starting to reduce profit targets. I do hold the stock and I see 5i staff also hold the stock. What is your recommended course of action at this point... should I reduce my exposure? What would you do if you owned the stock? Can you explain more about the data modernization theme in software and the long term growth (Compound Annual Growth Rate) for Snowflake and has the hype from it's IPO days remained the same, ramp upped or been less muted ..... is this a future 10 bagger, will it be as successful as a Nvidia or Microsoft?

Who are its competitors? and should SNOW be worried about them longer term?

What has to keep working for this stock for it to keep growing in the next decade and what might stop it from rising?

oh and ps....what is the insider ownership looking like and is that a metric I should be looking at for this particular stock?
