Q: I have a small position in GTT. Any specific reasons for its large sell-off in the last week? Is it worth keeping or should I move on?
Thanks, Tim.
Thanks, Tim.
Q: What are your thoughts on this small cap gold producer? Seems to be very under the radar, but the numbers seem to be all heading in the right direction.
Q: Big move today. Any reason or rumors?
Q: what's up with Neo Performance?
I see a director recently resigned who is part of 70% owner Oaktree Capital Management. Could Oaktree be looking to divest?
Is the underlying business in good shape with good prospects?
Thanks

Q: Peter, can you shed any light on the dramatic price action following MOGO's financial release. It shot up from 1.25 to 3.45 following the release (175%+) and has now settled back to around 1.70 as I write this. The trader in me would expect some gap filling here, but I have no idea why the stock spiked as sharply as it did.
Q: DOC; Any comments on this company?
Q: Why would the Torstar board agree to a hard lockup on the Nordstar offer when they know there is at least one other bidder interested in buying the company? Also, why would Fairfax indicate they are voting in favour of this deal. Shouldn't a company like Fairfax be pushing the board to entertain other offers. Does FFX have a fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders to ensure they maximize the value of their Torstar holdings. Feels like some inside dealing going on between Nordstar, Torstar board and FFX management??
Also, they cut the dividend in November which knocked the share price down 40%, then in January they put the company in play. Why cut the dividend before putting the company up for sale? Buyers pay a premium over the stock market price to get a company. So if they kept the dividend it is likely any buyer would have to pay a premium on what would have been a much higher dividend supported price. Your comments please and thanks.

Q: Does ESI pay a dividend? Did Murray Edwards take a recent position in this company?
Q: Just a comment on DYA re the question on its threat by the "electric vehicle boom".
DYA's technology, as I understand it, injects hydrogen derived from on-board water electrolysis into diesel engines to reduce emissions and possibly improve fuel economy. It is used on diesel trucks not on passenger cars with gasoline engines. The company claims to look at other applications such as diesel engines on big mining trucks, ships and the like as well. Vehicles with large diesel engines targeted by DYA, for a variety of reasons, will not be early adopters of EVs.

Q: Comment: The management of PHM might not have been perfect, but if you are a buy and hold investor, and purchased PHM when Jason Donville recommended it years ago, you actually have made out rather well. I wish I had not sold some shares as a tax loss.
Q: What will be the future growth above company that I listed here in 2 to 3 yrs
Thx,

Q: Hi 5i team, please comment its potential .thanks.
Q: what is going on with this stock. what is the reason for the halt on June 23.
Q: I thought FTG’s latest qtr was impressive qtr given covid and the impact on their aerospace clients. What is your take on the qtr? I’m thinking about putting this on my smallcap shortlist and adding some on weakness.
Q: Can you provide your current thoughts about this company? Do you see any short/long term potential here? Or is it too risky?
Q: Hi 5i, David's Tea filed for CCAA and Chapter 11. Seems thier plan is to wiggle out of their lease commitments and emerge from creditor protection focused mostly online and wholesale distribution while maybe keeping a few stores. How does this work for the common equity holders? They have cash and may have a good business going forward but I would have thought the current equity holders would get wiped out in a restructuring. But the stock still trades around the same price as when they announced the restructuring early last week. Who would be buying this stock and why, what scenario would they be banking on?
Thanks
Rob
