Q: Once upon a time I owned this equity; there was some news today "that it has issued 623,406 common shares to fund interest due on June 30, 2020 on its 6.5% Convertible Unsecured Debentures (the "Debentures"). 355,840 common shares were issued to debenture holders that held 58.8% of the debentures, these holders having elected to receive common shares in lieu of cash interest.....Additionally, 14 insiders, including C-suite, Management and Directors, purchased 267,566 common shares through a private placement.....The Company is applying the proceeds from the private placement to pay the interest on the June 30, 2020 payment and, to the extent of any excess proceeds, the December 31, 2020 interest payment." What do you think is going on here? The stock has been on quite a slide; is this positive, or more bad news? Thanks for your excellent service.
Q: I have a small pisition in Harmonic. Currently at a loss. May I please have your comments on the future potential of this company. Should I add more shares or sell. Thank you.
Q: I see only one other question on this stock (2017). Was this actually a 20+ dollar stock? Do you know why it tanked so badly over a decade ago? Would it be better now that there is more and more streaming demand? It doesn't seem to get a lot of attention.
Q: Do you think the insider selling on Vmd is putting pressure on the stock or is just pulling back after a good run? What do you think of the company?
Q: Hello Team,

Q: Hi, I have had GUD 6% of portfolio at B.E.$8.00 for about 3 years and have finally decided I’am tired of waiting with a large portion , with no dividend. Do you recommend selling all or keeping 2-3%?
Also,do you think qst down 40% , has any chance of getting back to break even in the next couple of years? It seems weak even when the market Is strong?
Thanks
Q: We always hear about companies like Intuitive and Stryker but what about Conmed? It also supplies joint replacements, patient monitoring and advanced surgical equipment.
Q: Since you last spoke about GSI in March, the company has announced a multitude of contracts. As a result, its momentum has become extremely positive and its market cap has now tripled to $35M. With good future potential but recognizing that it's still very small and high risk, is it starting to become more interesting?
Q: Gold is emerging as a strong theme and the sector is rocking. Lots of appetite for financings in the sector and lots of stocks hitting new highs. What do you think of an investment in Major Drilling Group? It has done very well in past cycles. But is a boom-bust stock.
