Q: Hi Peter,

I couldn't find any news to account for the 70% pop today on high volume so I sold half my shares.

Q: Iiroc stopped trading yesterday. Looking back at the release it names the stock Mene.WT and it trades on V.
Does the WT stand for warrant ? If so I don’t recall ever seeing this, please clarify.
Also on their Q3 results they have reported their first quarterly operating income, after going public less than 3 years ago. Is this significant, and would you buy the stock ?

Q: IIROC has suspended trading, pending delisting.
As far as I know Mene has provided all documents so I suspect the delisting may be to take Mene private. Insiders own about 80% of the stock. If this is what is happening, how do you see this played out ? Is there any chance shareholders will get nothing or little ?

Q: PFB corp. appears to be an interesting company in the energy conservation space; with solid earnings and a positive balance sheet. It as moved upwards in the last few months. Is its size a concern? What are your thoughts of the company ?

Q: Hi team 5i, I may be your only member following this stock but I find it a unique and intriguing story. On July 8th they filed for CCAA/Chapter 11 and the stock traded around .80. Since then the stock has traded mostly above $1 and closed after a late run today on high volume at 1.75. I don't see any news today. I believe they will be emerging from CCAA mid-December, perhaps someone knows something?? Do you have any comments on this restructuring or can you turn up any news from your sources that I may not be able to access. From what I see, the loose leaf tea concept is a hot trend right now and these guys are the market leader.

Q: Does the recently announced bought deal financing put a floor under the stock price at about the deal price of $1.40? (Assuming decent management going forward.)
Also, is 5i currently doing or considering doing an analysis of this stock for addition to your Growth Fund?

Q: Hi 5i Team - With the very big jump in The Score share price over the past couple of days. I am considering trimming my position. However before I do this could you please send me an update on its fundamentals. In particular what are its present revenue and earnings and how much of that, if any, comes from the gaming sector. How much increase in revenue/earnings might occur should the new legislation go through.

Also how long do you think it might take for this legislation to take effect, once it has passed. It is my understanding that each province will then need to make their own decision on whether to allow single sport gaming. Is this an accurate assessment?

Finally I'm not quite sure of what single sport gaming means. Could you please elaborate on this and what it means for The Score.
