Q: At least one BNN reporter and a growing number of other reports suggest REIT's are due for a significant pull back because they have been run up by investors looking for yield. Do you feel a pull back is imminent? Why or why not?

Q: CWT.UN? My wife owns in her RRSP the conv. debenture-pd par-one more yr. left. She got a call from CIBC to ask her to convert to shares @$25.50 eac. Deb. pays 6.65% per yr. WE each own CWT as part of ETF XRE which we have owned for 4 years-so, I would think it makes sense to convert and sell to make a tax sheltered gain in RRSP? Your thoughts pl Peter. Thank you...JP

Q: HLP.UN recently announced its first Q report which was in line with their forecast. In your review in July you advised it was too new to really give it a recommendation. Given its rather positive report would you advise to start accumulating some shares at this time?

Q: RUF.U Pure Multi Family REIT LP focuses exclusively on US real estate. With that market appearing to recover, and a 7% yield at current prices would this be a good holding? The principals of this company have an excellent track record with WEQ.un and AAR.un.
As usual, thanks for your guidance.

Q: Peter; Could you comment on RMM.UN? The yield seems to be in the danger zone but the insiders have been buyer recently .Do you knowwhat the " special voting units" are that Mr.Goldhar has been buying privately. Is this additional equity outstanding that pays the same or different distribution? thanks.

Q: Greetings Peter: Firstly, thank you for your great work and the prosperity it ha brought me.
Re: HLP.un - Healthlease. The split of the distribution is of somce conern to me. The Sept. distribution is made up of 25% is dividend; 64% is ROC, and 11% is interest credit.
The very large ROC indicates the EPS is just not happening at the present time. ROC in itself helps to transfer more dollars into the eventual capital gain column, which shaould be beneficial when stock is sold. Interest of course it as the high personal tax rate.
Your comments on future earnings and cash flow would be appreciated. thanks.
