Q: Dream Office REIT has been lagging recently. Presumably due to interest rate concerns and increased future office supply particularly in Toronto. I'm thinking the stock looks reasonably cheap now and maybe the bad news is mostly priced in. Do you think the distribution is safe? How correlated is office property to residential real estate should we see a housing correction? Thank you.

Q: How this company can offer a dividend of 8.25% when the ratio is 157% for D/E, total debt of 350% and interest coverage of only 1.09?

Still the P/E is at 29 for a company that seems in poor financial situation.

Q: Hi There

I used to own this quite a few years ago and then it was, I'm sure I recall, bought out by somebody and de-listed. Something dramatic happened to the price in early 2012 and has been trading around $6 ever since. I'm wondering if the current company is the same as the one I used to own and whether it is worth picking up again. Thanks, as always.

Q: I own a house in the GTA and I'm worried about a housing market correction and that the value of my house could drop 300,000 - 400,000 in the next 3-4 years. How can I hedge this risk? Any suggestions or ideas? Is there any cheap derivative products that I could buy? Etc. Thanks!

Q: TN.UN True North Apartment. Although not alone TN has been swooning of late. Looking over past Q's I noticed you were waiting for the financials to assess the recent purchase. This looks like a classic 'cookie jar' stock. Great yield! Is the market going to slap my hand for buying it now? Should I wait one more Q?

Q: I recently added both PLZ.UN and DIR.UN to my portfolio and both are in the red since. I noticed the REIT sector seems to be hard hit of late as well. Can you comment on the recent REIT slow down as well as the prospect of both these companies?

Thanks.
