Q: Dream Office REIT has been lagging recently. Presumably due to interest rate concerns and increased future office supply particularly in Toronto. I'm thinking the stock looks reasonably cheap now and maybe the bad news is mostly priced in. Do you think the distribution is safe? I used to own this quite a few years ago and then it was, I'm sure I recall, bought out by somebody and de-listed. Something dramatic happened to the price in early 2012 and has been trading around $6 ever since. I'm wondering if the current company is the same as the one I used to own and whether it is worth picking up again. Thanks, as always.
