Q: SES Do you see any reason(s) for the big spike in volume today for Secure Energy Services?
Q: Petrodorado Energy (PDQ)
What are your thoughts on PDQ. Results of there recently drilled well should be out shortly.

Thanks,Brad
Thanks,Brad
Q: Could I please have your opinion on COS. Do you feel the dividend is safe? Do you prefer another name in the oil sands sector?
Q: Hi Team,
I've been thinking of adding to Petrobakken (PBN) at these levels.
It's currently quite beat up at $7.73/share with over a 12% dividend.
What is your view on their current situation, and do you think the dividend is safe?

Q: What would you think about a long term possition in this stock VET.Thank you
Q: Vermillion Energy (VET) has fallen significantly in price lately. The graph for the stock price shows no signs of reversing direction from the negative. I have read that factors such as their exposure to Brent prices, the Seaway pipeline, and the likelihood of Keystone approval are all factors that will effect the price. I would appreciate any insight you have on this company. Thank you.
Q: Hi Peter and talented crew. I see that Vet is down quite significantly from it's recent highs. Is the downward pressure on OIL , and the north sea price reached a suitable bottom for a new purchase? Thanks Phyl in BC
Q: Hello 5i Team
What is you opinion on Petrominerales? The numbers all look good but stock seems way oversold. Am I missing something?
Thank you
Andre

Q: Hello 5I team:
Can you give us your opinion on today report of NVS ?. I aware that the company is up for sale since last December. It was trading at 0.82 as yesterday. Is it OK to buy and hold for a year ?

Q: Hi, I have held ESN for a couple of years. Decent dividend but it doesn't stray too far above/below $2.15. I would like to continue to hold it and wonder what you think about it on a 1 to 2 year time frame. Thanks.
Q: TD Securites today issued a buy rating on Renegade (RPL) with a target price of $2.50. Insiders are not selling stock and INK Research show net buying of $169,250. I hold stock and think on a risk - reward basis the stock is worthwhile holding. Do you have an opinion? Thanks, Bill
Q: RPL's announcement yesterday, which included a planned 'strategic review', was no doubt meant to alleviate investor concerns. But the stock has sunk further today. I'm down 32% since the news release 3 weeks ago started the rout. Would you advise holding on for now or selling?
Thanks
Tom
Thanks

Q: Hi Peter and team. Thanks for all your great advice. I would appreciate your opinion on Tourmaline oil(TOU), Baytex energy (BTE) and and Valero energy(VLO). I would like to add one or two of them to my portfolio in the near future. Which one would be your favourite pick. Thanks
Q: Good Morning Peter and Team,
I have been looking at a small company in the energy sector, Pulse Seismic (PSD-TSX). The financials look good and it appears to be reasonably priced. ROE is near 30% and they use some of their free cash flow to pay a dividend, pay down debt, and repurchase shares. Year to year results can be lumpy but they also look to be in an interesting niche. I would appreciate your opinion of this company's business model along with any other wisdom that you could share. Thank you, DL

Q: Regarding Richards question on a site that tracks the WCS differential, I think the link/s below do, but perhaps you could clarify for me before posting them.

Also, the Baytex site has a listing of links of historical and current quarter.

And while I'm at it,here's a site that's good for commodity futures prices.

Q: Hello, could I please have your opinion of LEG. Thanks.
Q: Hi Peter:
My main Canadian Oil holding is Cenovus (CVE). Are there other's you like better, or because of price differentials would you recommend moving to the US for an Exxon or Chevron?
If Keystone is approved our optimism would improve, however this is likely a long shot.
Thank you for your good work (fabulous)

Q: STP has had a rough couple months, startup on SAGD plants is always challenging. How are they sitting from a cash and debt coverage perspective? Is there at chance they would need to raise money again any time soon?
