Q: Hi to everyone at 5i

I have been purchasing PNE for my TFSA primarily because it is managed by same team from Bonterra whom I consider to be outstanding. As well, the acquisition of Skope Energy assets through a CCAA arrangement appears to be a great deal for the company.

However, unlike BNE, PNE has issued a lot equity. Do you have any thoughts on Pine Cliff?

I was about to buy some Whitecap Resources when it was announced they are one of three players (CNQ and Venturion Oil being the other two) purchasing Barrick Gold's energy assets. Does this look like a good move for Whitecap (and the other two as well), or should I hold off and wait for the dust to settle? Many thanks for your valuable service. John.

I think the seasonal trade for energy sector to go up is around the summer, so I am hanging on before selling it to move
to some dividend stocks like BCE, IPL.
When does the normal seasonal trend for the oil and gas stock
normally peaks ? Thanks
