Q: I bought Suncor (SU) a few years ago and it went down about 40%, but this year it is doing much better. I'm only down about 13% and it is continuing to improve. Do you think I should continue to hold this long term or should I be swapping it for another stook in the same sector like tourmaline?

Q: Can you comment on Enerplus's (ERF)latest earnings. Aside from Mart (MMT) it is my only other oil holding. I have held positions in both for a long time and while I have a nice gain in ERF I am underwater in MMT while I have waited patiently for their new pipeline to be constructed.( I am reluctant to dump MMT because of this) Should I stay the course with both or would you recommend selling for something else?

Q: Hi Peter and team, I have held PWT and LTS for several years and am down about 75% in both. I also own CPG which is about even. All three have good assets but seem to go nowhere. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks for the great service.

Q: Hello wonderful 5i team,

I would appreciate your input on Athabasca Oil (ATH). It had a nice spike today in price. Did they settle with the First Nations on the Dover project? Do you think thre company still has some up potential and would it be better to hold on and ride the momentum? This stock represents 5% of my portfolio. Originally purchased at $6.40. Thanks.

Q: Hi Peter and Team, I'm considering switching out of Bonterra, BNE, for Surge, SGY, plus Whitecap, WCP. May I please have your in-depth analysis and thoughts on this switch? Looking for better and faster growth (and dividend growth) compared to BNE within the sector. BNE is still struggling to reach (let alone pass) its 2011 share price high! Thanks!

Q: With Alexander Energy announcing a 4 for 1 share consolidation and Renegade trading in the $1.40 range, I what is the best way to play the merger of these two companies? What would ALX stock have to trade at to make them worth buying given the consolidation and merger? ALX is issuing a number of new shares tomorrow......what is the impact on future pricing?

Thanks,

Q: Hi 51 I have a nice profit in Gran Tierra GTE, but it's not doing much and doesn't pay a dividend but some analysts are expecting good growth, I'm considering selling GTE and buying Baytex ( BTE ) or Surge ( SGE) or maybe equal shares in each , using the proceeds from GTE. What are your thoughts on a purchase either or, or both.Thx Gerry

Q: I own E (Enterprise) and HWO (High Arctic Energy Services) and I have a 4% position of my portfolio in each. Both have done well but do they perform the same services? If they do should I sell one and if so which one?
