Q: Hi team,
After watching CCIV sail away into the sunset, I have to wonder what other big SPAC deals are in the works? Do you have any insights as to enable you to recommend to me an early stage SPAC that hasn't blasted off 400% yet, that a guy could possibly look at buying into for hopes of hitting a homerun? It seems every SPAC that is hitting them market is going up 2-400% so far. Who knows what CCIV will be up to if/ when the Lucid deal comes to fruitition. I know the risks of the SPAC, would be for some speculative investing. Thanks!
Shane.

Q: Hello, your thoughts on participating in this IPO? Does their management and technology compare well to their competitors? In this sector, I only own XBC and have done very well, so I'd like to add another. Would this be a worthy addition for a quick pop or long-term hold? This would be less then 5% of my portfolio and I have a high risk tolerance. If not, what sector picks would you suggest. Much thx.
Q: Just wondering if you have any thoughts in regard to the possible Star Link IPO that Elon Musk is thinking about?
Q: I have never purchased an IPO of an ETF. When Ark Invest unveils its SPACE ETF in March, what strategy do you recommend ? Thanks.
Q: Had a call from my broker wanting to know if I was interested in a public offering. Selling shareholder ABC Group Canada LP for ABC Technologies. Share price to be between 12-15 dollars with a dividend between 4-5% depending upon final share price.
Would you be able to give me your thoughts on this as an investment.
Thank You.
Wayne

Thank you........ Paul K
Q: I know you often suggest not jumping into IPOs right away, but do you think it will be a good idea to buy the new Telus International (TIXT) once it starts trading or would you wait for it to settle as well?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: I am interested in both Lion Electric and VIEW Inc.
What are the advantages / disadvantages of taking a position in the SPAC's prior to the IPO's or waiting until the public listings of Lion and View?
Thank you,
Rob

Q: Hi team,
Saw this on Cision (and also Baron's) today re ....Flow Water Inc.
What is your take on this upcoming (potential) IPO?
Is this simply another case of a company taking advantage of the ESG IPO craze (as per Ryan's recent article) or does this company actually have merit and thus legs to succeed.
They seem to have a decent consumer following but is that following sustainable for multiple years or is it just a flashy trend?
From the Cision article..."We've demonstrated consistent quarter over quarter growth, grew revenue to approximately CAD $30 million in 2020, and are over 95% CAGR since 2018."
Those numbers caught my attention. I did read that they are not profitable yet.
Thoughts? Just a company to 'watch' for a few quarters post IPO?

Q: Could you tell us a bit about this new IPO.
They sold for 55 million dollars on shares in the IPO,but the market cap is more then 200 dollars.
What do the have on financial history?
And do you see an opportunity here?
The IPO sure got off to a bad start.....is this normal?
Is there no lock up period here?
Any insiders owning this?
