- iShares MSCI World Index ETF (XWD)
- iShares S&P Global Industrials Index ETF(CAD-Hedged) (XGI)
- Vanguard U.S. Dividend Appreciation Index ETF (VGG)
- Health Care Select Sector SPDR (XLV)
Q: I have the above ETF's in my TFSA and am wondering if these belong in a TFSA? On reading your newsletter "Investments to hold in your TFSA" , I interpreted this to mean they do not belong in the TFSA. Am I right?
Thanks for your response.

5i Research Answer:
All 'could' be held in a TFSA, but there is a 15% withholding tax on dividends on US companies within a TFSA. For international stocks, withholding taxes can vary. Because of this, we think this list is better held in an RRSP account.
