Q: Thanks for your answers. Can you suggest several market-based EFTs that may provide some additional upside potential over the next 5 years?
Q: Could you comment on the todays' report. Has the payout ratio been increasing? Would you consider the stock a slow growth company with a stable/growing dividend? Would you add to a 1/2 position for a dividend portfolio?
Thanks for your service!

Q: Thanks for the very quick response, and further, I was thinking that BIN has us revenues, does that also apply to wsp.
Thanks

Q: Hi Peter,
I have a small position in Biosyent. Admittedly it had a very good run in 2014, but has gone a bit silent in recent months despite strong numbers. Would you see this as normal consolidation or are there other issues at play. I'm a bit underwater and would appreciate your thoughts on whether to hold or to move on.
Thanks

Q: Between Stantec and WSP Global which one would you consider better to be part of. They both seem good to me but I own some Stantec from just before the stock split and it is down slightly. I was considering moving half of my $ value from STN into WSP just so I could see some growth in the allocated funds. Also on a side thought could you give your opinion on the possible outcome for SNC's court proceedings and if they are not able to avoid charges how this would affect Stantec and WSP.
Thank you as always

Q: Hello Team,
PHG has been going 'sideways' for some time now, and I am considering a switch to GE (or another stock you might recommend). As the Euro-zone economy appears to be recovering with QE, would this move be premature?
Thank you for your insight!

Q: Good morning, one question and one comment this morning. First, can I get your opinion on CDZ.to for some financial exposure. Currently, I have zero exposure. I know this etf has a rather large financial waiting. Second, I'd like to argue your point about about gas prices being a great stimulus for the economy and consumer. From my point of view, I don't see it as I'm saving about 3 dollars a week once I fill up. From a corporate point of view, it would seem that companies are afraid to invest in hiring (hence buybacks). Think this is valid?
Yet again, keep up the great work.

Q: Hi Peter and Team,
I bought Gild six month ago, and the stock is not moving.
I am tempted to switch to Biogen as I see it as a better over all alternative in the same sector although it has gone up recently. I noticed that you favor ISIS.
I appreciate your advise.

Q: Hi there
I am aware of the definitions of Book Value and Tangible Book Value. I am sometimes a bit shocked on how much stocks like Sherritt can trade below book value - trading at $2.07 and book value is listed @ $10.43. If there is such a difference why don't we see another mining company or hedge fund buy the stock at a discount. I know the stock would rise but it would not rise all the way to book value would it. Just seems the trading price gets so out of wack on some stocks. Another couple of examples would be MRC and MEQ in the real estate side, or AR on the gold side. Am I missing something here?
thanks

Q: Hello Team, Just wondering your thoughts about a U.S. stock which I have been following in the Information Technology sector. Seagate pays a almost 4% dividend and has been raising it in the past. Also wondering what ETF you would pick in this sector. Thanks again Herb

Q: Is 5i starting a new model portfolio for small cap stocks and when?
Q: Hello,
A few days ago you mention that Striker is a risky stock. Do you think that it has a chance to go belly up if the oil price stays low (or go lower) for a longer period of time?
I have a 2 years (+) time frame. Is there a better one that you would recommend
Thanks M.

Q: I have been wanting to add this business or Bin to my RRSP for a couple of weeks but did not think I had a good or proper entry point.
WSP reported this am, and result are good and the stock has jumped over $1.00, on the other hand BIN has been fairly stable for the past few weeks, coupled with the fact that there was heavy inside trading in the past month.
Could I please have your opinion which would be the better position as well as a dollar entry point.
Both business are excellent in my estimation for long term growth and hold
Again thanks for your great and awesome service.

Q: Hi 5i team,
I am looking to invest 20K in my girlfriend’s newly opened TFSA. This would be her only investments at this time. I’d like to purchase some securities where the dividend would be above 3% and still have potential for some growth. For now some medium to low risk names for a 2-5 year hold (maybe longer if the money is not needed).
How many securities would you suggest I purchase to be somewhat diversified?
Which ones should I start with and the weight you would recommend?
Or would you recommend to have equal weighing on the suggested names?
Thanks again for the great service you guys provide.

Q: What is happening with this stock? It fell off a cliff recently. Is it a buy down in the dollar range?
