Q: Good morning, I hold a small position in Easyhome (EH) and I am thinking of adding to the position. However the price has been selling off for 3 weeks and is now below $13.50, well below the recent financing of $14.85. I am wondering if there is a problem that I am not aware of. Can I get your thoughts?

I do not understand the hammering that Easyhome (EH) is suffering this morning. Their earnings look good to me and the financing at $14.85 doesn't appear to be out of line. The drop to $13.23 is puzzling.
Should I try to catch the falling knife and average down?

Q: So further to my BAD question this morning, Rifco Inc. (RFC) reported earnings this morning. Things on the surface seem great as well, but loan losses increased and op expenses which could potentially eat into margins; cashflow overall is up. So for this company, for future reporting's, monitor loan loss and expense creep and that cashflow is in a comparable range? - Cheers.

Q: Do you have any market intelligence on a potential market pull back?
Are there any known upcoming events that would escalate a pull back?
If and when a pull back occurs, what percentage will the markets drop? I know you don't have a crystal ball, just looking for your gut feel/market instincts.

Q: Badger Daylighting Ltd. (BAD), reported this morning. Thank-you again for highlighting this company as it continues to grow. From what I have learned to look at this company seems to be doing all things right. I realize it is a growing company and by my review doing well, but is there anything I should be looking at in there results that indicate weakness. I mean they cannot be doing everything right correct? - Cheers.

Q: Because of recent tax rules, US citizens are restricted in the amount of money they can keep in other countries unless they have $$$ to pay international tax accountants.

Neither can they cost effectively own ETFs, REITS, trusts, mutual funds, etc.--again due to arcane rules and draconian penalties for non-compliance.

Therefore, I can buy only a small number of stocks in Canada, and I would hope to hold them for long periods for fewer tax reporting complications from buying and selling.

Would you see enough potential, without overdoing risk, for a portfolio of such stocks, totaling no more than 120k to purchase? Could a yield of 3 to 5% be achievable?

On top of all this, there is no telling when new rules may be composed that make owning ANY stocks in Canada prohibitive, so I have to be prepared to sell whenever they make such a change. For example, we had to sell our TFSAs and ETFs swiftly upon being alerted to the current restrictions.
