Q: Thank you for the update on AYA. Very good news!
I went back to the charts for the last year and noticed that AYA was trading even below $7 for the month of April and even hit it's one year low. However, from then on it started to climb to it's incredible high right now. Can you comment on what may have contributed to this pattern? I'm thinking that people with insider knowledge (friends/family/etc) are passing on "tips".

Q: Dear Peter, First of all, thank you for your stock analysis on Amaya, and thank you also for your patience in answering my (our) questions. I am learning, but slowly, I know.
Question: you have said in a couple of places that Amaya is going much higher, but I can't tell if you said that after the roughly $14 closing price yesterday, or after the roughly $20 opening price this morning. (I now see--even more clearly--why you don't like price targets.) But i don't know what the shares in the bought deal being priced at $20 means, if anything, for the future. I have seen stock prices sink below the bought deal price with several companies. Thanks again, and cheers.

Q: First of all, I want to thank the entire team for their services. I think you are all doing a great job and I appreciate the advice 5i provides.
My question is related to when to sell an investment. I've watched the YouTube video that indicates investors should sell an investment when there is:
1) Negative changes to company of industry
2) Over-promising & under-delivering by management
3) Declining revenues
4) Changes in competition
5) High debt

I know people shouldn't sell when a stock has gone up, but how do we know when a stock is overextended / expensive? Is there a metric you use to determine a good exit point, or do you just stick with your 5 reasons? Thanks!

Q: I am wondering what your thoughts are on Chicago Bridge and Iron.CBI.The stock has been under pressure from a poor quarter awhile back but really took a beating today down by more than $4.Is there something going on I should be concerned about?

Q: Hi Peter & Team:
Can you please explain to me what the significance of High Artic's (HWO) $25 million
Bought Deal offering of Subscription Receipts @ a price of $4.95 per receipt will be on
the price of of the common Shares? If I understand this correctly, the receipts represent the right to acquire 1 common share of HWO per receipt. The receipts will be listed on
TSE as HWO.R. I have noticed the price of the common shares have fallen since the announcement. As the holders of these receipts convert to common shares & sell them
on the market will it not act as a deterrent to the stock increasing in price.
