Q: PAT announced today a firm offering by CGC & others to purchase a large block of common shares along with warrants, etc. I currently own 20,000 shares of PAT which of course dropped nearly 14% this morning. However, I am still positive as I purchased at a much lower price. Would appreciate your expertise as to what position and or options I may have with respect to this transaction & in particular the Warrants. Thank you.

Q: General question on Patriot One Technologies. It seems to offer a better solution than more guns and strikes me as a company that could grow a lot on its own or be taken out for its technology. My online broker indicates that it is due to break out based on a continuation wedge pattern but I like the fundamental story too. Would you suggest this as a speculative buy/high risk buy or is it still way too early?

Q: 2 Canadian stocks that I have been following and they are doing quite well are NNO and PAT ($1.78). How do you like them? Also, a U.S. stock I have has been on a down trend for some time. It is called ALB. In the Lithium market. It was mentioned by you some time ago. Is it a keeper? Thank you. Dennis

Q: Patriot One has just issued some warrants. I have never purchased warrants, but have a general understanding of how they work. I can buy them easily enough from my online broker. Are they just as easy to sell (considering there is enough volume)? I'm just not sure on the exit strategy. Thanks. Really enjoy the questions asked, and responses received.

Q: the question I keep asking my self is why do I buy recommendations. These three are your picks so bought but all have declined since purchase. I have no problem with volatility but what is the percentage decline that yo u should expect on these kind of stocks, down 12,10, and 15%. My limit is usually 18-20. so should I wait for my target or move on.

Q: I have been reading the recent news on Patriot One Technologies. Their technology identifies concealed weapons without the person's knowledge. If their technology is as good as it would appear to be, than PAT's revenue will explode in the coming years.

The current market valuation is more or less ¬$50,000,000, my best guess is PAT's income for the next twelve months will be in the $12,000,000 to $15,000,000. I am unable to predict how profitable the company will be, but their product sells for $10,000 plus PAT will receive some recurring revenues. I am guessing that most of the development and research costs are behind them, and that the cost of manufacturing their product will be less than $10,000. My question is, is there a method one can use in order to figure out if the current valuation is reasonable or not ?
