Q: Greetings, Team:

A commentator on BNN said that he was shocked that the jury in Texas took only one hour to decide the technically complicated WIN/Apple case. I suspect that the jury fell for the argument that the bottom-feeding CANADIAN company was attacking the glorious AMERICAN company. Any thoughts and is it likely to happen again?

Q: Would you please comment on the safety of a couple preferred stocks which I hold? I am aware that recent interest rate concerns have pushed prices lower, but these two preferreds seem to have suffered much more than others.
They are BRF.PR.F and BAF.PR.A
