Q: I recently read a recommendation of Argent Energy Trust (AET.UN), particularly since they are more involved in the USA. Could you give me your opinion on it, pls. Also can I get your definition of the "UN" as my son's explanation did not seem right. Thanks

Q: Hi team.
Can I please get your thoughts on Cervus Equipment (CVL). It's been trending down over the past few weeks and is now at a 3-month low. It's also below it's 50-day, 100-day and 200-day moving averages. Is there something of concern here, or just a weak market? Profits were very weak in the 1st quarter, but sales were up. Thanks!

Q: Let's revisit SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. again. Symbol SNC.

I know you guys are fond of Stantec in this space, but looking at SNC by itself, what you guys think about the new CEO's direction to look into selling some of their ICI (Infrastructure Concessions Investments)? I thought this was the part of the company that generated a decent and stable cash flow; why would they sell it? Your thoughts on this please.

Q: Hey guys. All things being equal, regarding reits, in the current environment, what do you think a "fair" multiple to pay for on an AFFO basis would be?

I have several reits ranging from rmm.un trading at 10.72x AFFO to cwt.un trading at 16.86x this year's AFFO.
