Q: Any thoughts on why there is a share consolidation,I know there was some who thought the company was undervalued by the market, now we have the pandemic and I don't think anyone knows the full effect that will have in the market, is there a line of thought this will give a better price over the long haul.

Q: Hi Guys,
With the sale of DRG.UN does this improve the prospects of DRM to grow over the next 3-5 yrs, do you know what the thinking is DRM will do with the cash they receive, one would think the company intends to grow the business.I have small positions in both company's is it time to take the profit and choose another REIT as from what I can read at 5i you think there are better options out there in this sector.

Q: If DRM the top parent company of DIR.UN, DRA.UN, D.UN does DRM get income from dividends from actually holding some shares in those other dream publicly listed companies? If that is the case can you tell me roughly how much the parent company holds of each please? Thanks
