Q: I am a share holder of Elk Water Resources (ELW), now I have some rights that are also in my account. My broker has informed me that for every 4 rights I can buy one new share at $0.1/share. I have never seen this before, is this info correct and it seems to good to be true buying the shares for $0.1/share when they are trading at $0.78/share? Why would a company do this and does it also mean that there is additional dilution coming to all existing shareholders because I assume the additional shares will be issued by the company??

Q: Hello 5i team,
I own BIP.UN for almost 3 years now and have generated over 20% compound annual return. As usual, the Brookfield family tends to complicate things by adding another infrastructure product in their line-up BGI.UN; as I understand it, this one invests in infrastructure companies outside of the Brookfield family. What is your take on these 2?
Thanks
Tony

Q: Hi Team,
With regards to your team's views on CSS offer being bid up, I just read that TFI has already reached the max they can borrow for the CSS deal. How are they supposed to finance a higher bid. What is the risk the offer will not be accepted by shareholders and no counter offer comes from TFI as well. Where do you think the price will head in that scenario. Thanks
