Q: Hello Peter & Team
A fair few REIT questions have cropped up today and I'll add another to the mix. Could I have your view on Dream Office REIT and Dream Global REIT. Thanks.
Q: This stock has been beaten up over the last while; however, reported good Q4 results & guidance for 2015. It appears to have no debt., low payout ratio with reasonable ROE. I'd like to see a better dividends-but, was thinking of it as a position for my USD portion of my portfolio with the hopes of dividend increases and capital gains? I'd probably sell PBI which I have held for quite a while to buy this stock.
Q: Which of these companies would you prefer for a nat gas focus and why?... WCP or ARX. Is there another gas name you would recommend that also pays a higher dividend? Many thanks!
Q: Do you have an opinion on American Master Limited Partnerships (AMLP-US) as a safe dividend purchase with potential growth over the next five years?
Similarly, which is your favourite US large bank for a five year investment timeframe?
Thank you.
I own Walgreen and it is doing quite well. As a long term investor, I'm considering adding to it or adding CVS? What do you think of that space and those two companies, or is there another you prefer?
Q: I've always been curious why the Canadian banks traditionally trade at low multiples, even when compared to low growth companies such as consumer staples. TD has a higher ROE, higher dividend yield and higher growth rate than PG, yet trades at a forward P/E of 11.2 while PG trades at a forward P/E of 19.9. Am I missing something?
Q: Could you please rank these five stocks in order of preference to increase a half position to a whole position? And why please.
Thank you very much!!
Dave
Q: It's been a while since you've commented on Strad Energy Services. Their recent quarter looks very decent. I'd be interested in your take on the numbers.
Reko International had a nice pop in stock price and quarterly earnings recently.
Can you please give an update on the companys' fundamentals (debt, future earnings growth etc.)for a long term hold position.
Thanks once again for your outstanding and very timely unbiased service!
