Q: Hi,
Just noticed that TH has issued a Treasury Offering of Convertible Unsecured Senior Notes. The size of the issue is US $ 50 million, par value $100.00. They are 5 Yr cd's witha coupon of 5.75% and a converstion price of US $ 14.75 (equivalent to about Cdn $ 19.12)

Would you feel this is a good value cd, or are we better to just buy the stock directly? As always, we value your opinion.

Thanks,
Dawn

Q: Hello 5i, what is your opinion on theses three companies for a 2-3 year hold? Would you invest in any of those? If not, do you have a better suggestion in the small cap area? Does not have to be in pharma/life science. Thanks for the great service!

Q: I've enjoyed a quick run-up on TH. It now represents an 8% portfolio weight. My questions is two parts. First, could you comment on their prospects? Their earnings should be growing and they are adding a drug to their offering. As a thing trader, there could be a big run-up as the story gains traction.
Second, in a case like this where there is a quick run-up and the portfolio weighting becomes large, when is it time to trim? It seems to me that using portfolio weight as your only guide could mean missing big gains if you're early on a good company.

Q: Can we get your opinion on TH with regards to:
- financial results announced Feb.8/17
- results of recent tests of their product
- is their a chance this company could become a portfolio changer, I mean should I average up and take this to a 3% position from 1.5%

Thanks for your great service as I would likely not heard of a company like TH without being a member

Q: How serious do you think the market's reaction will be to the company's latest press release which said, in part, - " Theratechnologies inc. (TSX:TH) regretfully announces that the Government of Quebec, the province where EGRIFTA ® was discovered, has refused to add it to the list of reimbursed medications." ?

Thank you for your valued opinion.

John
