Hopefully the numbers will be out on March 26, 2014.
I was also curious a few weeks back and I wrote to their investor relations group asking them the same question. The following is the answer I got.

"Lonestar changed its yearend to a calendar year at the end of 2013 so the next reported financials will be out sometime in April.

The TSX-V allows for 120 days to report yearend numbers so Lonestar has to have them released by the end of April.

Please see the link below on the filing completed by Lonestar to Sedar dated November 12, 2013 that clarifies deadlines.

Q: Hi Peter:
I am holding both AGU and POT
roughly equal in dollar amounts
AGU has gone up by close to 20% whereas POT has gone down by the same in my holdings, both pays a dividend
Would it be wise to sell POT and put it in AGU or buy an ETF like
COW ?

Q: Re March 20th question asked by Frank concerning holding US securities in an RRSP or TFSA account, I spoke today with a Canada Revenue Agency official who indicated that foreign property, such as US securities, held in RRSP's and TFSA's are excluded from the requirement to be reported in Form T1135. If you hold foreign stocks in a non-registered account and their total cost amount in 2013 was more than CAN$ 100,000, you required to file the form.
There is a Question and Answer section about Form 1135 on the CRA website. See the answer to question no. 28.

Q: 'Playing defence' question of Mar 20/14 asked by yossi:

As noted in the answer this could play out in many ways.
One thing an investor can do is conduct all non-margin activity thru a 'cash' brokerage account so that all securities therein cannot be used in the brokers business. RRSP/TFSA's are already 'cash' accounts.
Secondly, set up your accounts to use a third party trustee.
Most brokerage accounts are 'self-trustee', ie they act as their own trustee. This was the same structure (no comparison intended) used by Madoff, MF Global, and Lehman Brothers to access client funds)

Q: Legacy Oil & Gas (LEG) has recently had a nice move to the upside on sizable volume. Would you attribute this to the year end reserves announced on March 5, some short covering, or is there something else that would accounting for same? As it has done little over the course of the last year, is it worthwhile holding it over the course of the next 6 months to a year.
