Q: With the recent deal that saw t.fos de-list and split into 2 companies c.fox and t.prq is there value for investors in either
fox which owns 100% of the martindale phosphate project or prq which has approx. $38 mill. in cash and owns various o/g properties in Ab.

Q: Hey guys

Do you think it would be wise to average down on Phm at this level? I'm not in at the highs it once was but still thinking of averaging down and wondering if i should. Also is there anything else behind why it's performing like it is and being stagnant at the 52 week low? I mean besides the regular issues that the company has been trying to shake off? Thanks for your help.

Q: Reading the question and answers I know which stocks you favour. Two of them TNC (TIO) and DSG and ESP one that isn't a favourite of yours, seem to be lagging the pack on this recovery. In the case of TNC and ESP, the minute the markets get a bit weak they sell off a lot more than the rest of them. Are there any of these I should get out of the next time there is a bit of a run up? Thanks for your good advice. Dennis

Q: How do you feel about adding some NYX at this price level? Management appear to be delivering and the value be unlocked based on guidance. I own NYX and believe it's undervalued here but i know you folks assess that much better than I. I think NYX gets too caught up in the negativity associated with companies like AYA and IT but it's really quite a different business. Would you agree?

Q: Could I get some fundamentals on CHW please: what do you think of the balance sheet, particularly debt level, payout ratio on the dividend, and how well are they accounting for potential bad debts? What do you think of the income statement and how are they going to grow revenue. How would they compare with EFN? Thanks for your help.

Q: Sandvine stock price dropped on report of a patent troll filing against the company. How successful are these troll companies, I am thinking this drop is a buying opportunity but is the street worried about expensive legal costs to fight this patent infringement.

Q: sog is offering current shareholders to participate in a debenture offering. The way that I read it the proceeds will be used to pay off the Bank lines and the excess will be used to fund operations. The debentures< I assume would be the 1st charge on the assets and would be paid 1st in case of banktruptcy, is this the case? They pay 8% and are convertible into shares at $.09. Seems like the insiders are going to fund the major portion.How do you feel about this Debenture.
