Can you please provide an update on Melcor, MRD. I am up approx. 25% and wondering if we can expect continued growth in midterm. In your opinion is this company still a great long term investment? Any concerns? Thank you. Linda

Q: Morguard Corp (MRC) - has been on a tear this last week but the only news I can find is the luxury rental in TO. I have held this for a long time and have done well but wanted your insight as to what may be happening with this stock.

Q: I have purchased a decent position in Tricon (TCN) at around $7.70. I like the long term prospect for this company but it has trended lower lately although it's rise from $4 has been significant. You mentioned updating the report on this company in the future. What do you see in a three year time horizon?

It does not appear that interest rates are going anywhere,
they pay a healthy dividend & low beta.

Q: HLP.UN Healthlease Been having a lot of trouble getting to even on this stock. They just did a $10 offering. I expect it to dip below that price at some point. 1st -- Do you like the deal and 2nd Worth buying more?

Q: Helathlease Properties HLP.UN has released a new offering of $50mil in new units @ $10. I currently do not have any REITs and the 8.5% dividend at this price looks quite attractive. Would this be a good time to buy HLP or do you see any hidden concerns with HLP in specific or the Health/REIT Sector in general to avoid this area at this time. Thank you.

Q: In March (around 18th) you commented on Dundee and said something about the founder. I cannot find that particular answer and wonder if you can repeat it or say something new. At the time, it did not seem to be directed to any one of the Dundee stable so I am curious about both D.UN and DI.UN. Thanks in advance for your help and patience.
