Q: Good Morning
Firstly, thank you for guiding me towards TNC. Although the premium offered is disappointing I will still book a 50% profit in my TFSA on a company that was nowhere on my radar without 5i. I've narrowed down my replacement to either OTEK or PHO. do you prefer one over the other?
Thank you for your continued guidance

Q: I have a follow up to Chad's question. And I'm sorry to beat this issue to death (last question on the topic). But you mention Litner's acquisition of 307k share on January 26th, but Canadianinsider.com lists those vary 307k shares as exercised options (0.15 per share). I've also been watching Litner sell a ton of common shares (well over a million) over the past ~45 days on canadianinsider.com with no mention of any actual buying in the public market. Does your insider sales source that shows "Net" buying take into consideration the difference between exercising options and true acquisitions in the public market? Is the information on Candianinsider.com to be trusted? I know investors shouldn't put a lot of stock into insider sales as these individuals can be selling for a number of personal reasons unrelated to the stock, but the number of shares Litner disposed of seemed quite substantial to me.
Thanks again.

Q: Can you talk about the recent insider exec share sales in depth? You mentioned Breault's sale in a previous message but did not get into Joseph Litner. I can understand from a year-end tax planning point of view, but what about Litner and his selling several times over several days. Without much news, is there concern that key management are cashing out and making a jump?

Q: Happy New Year to the 5i team! I was checking out Photon Control on my TD Waterhouse site, in particular the insider trading and am curious as to why the directors' holdings fell from about 13 million shares to 3 1/2 million last August/2016. Also, in the 10% holders group, the number of shares held went from 0 to 100 million then down to 10 million all in the month of November/16. Also the INK insider trading report shows net selling as around $1,600,000. First of all are these numbers accurate and secondly can you explain the large swings in insider ownership. Thanks.

Q: Peter and team

I am looking to add some growth potential (along with acknowledged risk) to an otherwise fairly balanced portfolio.
Sector allocation aside, could you please comment on CRH, ITC, and PHO with regard to current valuation, potential growth, risk, and order of preference in the current market.

Thank you for a great service.

Phil

Q: Could you please comment on the 3rd q results? I listened to the conference call and came away impressed by the growth prospects. They have taken on more space which will be ready to facilitate a large contract with a semiconductor that needed assurances the company had the capacity to deliver the volumes they need. There were a few large sophisticated buyers in the past couple of months(Radoff Foundation etc) that seems to suggest the company is undervalued.

Q: Hi, can you please go over PHO QR...I could be very much wrong but as I go over the release I get the feeling that it is turning into an Avigilon type of story with increased spending on facility and development, management turnover, lower margins and excuses for lower sales. I see both potential and opportunity cost.

I do not have a large position and am unsure if this is worth the headache. I could deploy the money into something better such as new growth portfolio position possibly next week!? Thanks!

Q: Hi , I am contemplating doing some bottom fishing with money set aside for higher risk plays .
PHO by the books looks good , is there any possibility the recent loan fiasco could lead to criminal charges?
On the damage control conference call they mentioned a potential 1 time special dividend and even possibly putting the ompany up for sale .
With the books looking so good , does this seem to have more upside potential , than down ?
Thanks,
David
