Q: I'm interested in your opinion on EMC Corp (US) for the next 2 - 5 years. Thanks.
Q: Have just become a new member and somewhat new to stocks, etc. Read your comments daily and watched you on BNN. Many thanks for all your help. Am starting to adjust my portfolio to fit many of your suggestions. No doubt will have questions later.

Q: Hi Peter, I am a medium risk tolerant investor with ok weights in utilities, gold, iron ore, base metals, gas stocks, CAE, telecoms, TD bank and a small mix of misc junior speculative miners. I am very overweight oil, CNQ, SU and a little TLM. My question relates however to my Royal Bank RRSP mutual funds. Half my portfolio is into the Royal select growth mutual funds. I have tended to semi ignore and let the bank continue to manage it but the returns have not been stellar. Do you think I would be better off converting them to regular Royal Bank stock, within the RRSP where they now are. Thanks for your help
Q: A recent article in the G&M on GLV caught my attention. The chart looks very interesting. Do you have an investment opinion on this company? Thanks.

Mr.Hodson, is this action by Buffett a significant vote of confidence likely to be of benefit in the future to Suncor and, implicitly, similar oil sands companies such as Canadian Natural Resouces (CNQ) and Canadian Oil Sands Ltd.(COS) ? Thank you for your kind attention.

Q: Can you please give me your opinion on Loyds Banking
Q: Regarding ACQ, I’m curious about insider holdings presented on INK Research which is based on SEDAR data. The first graph shows no insider trading during the past year. The next set of graphs that represent the executive holdings show the CEO, Priestner, Patrick John and CFO, Orysiuk, Thomas Louis each going from 8.2 million common shares to 5 million at the beginning of June. Would this merely be a private transfer of ownership?
Thank you Peter and TEAM.

Q: Hi,I have picked up great profits from JNJ (50%) and GIS (40%)
but I think a substantial market correction is coming.
Should I sell these 2 stocks and buy back in on the dip with the likes of these 2 or MCD,DIS,CL,GE,DD,BNS,for example?
I know it goes against the premise of "Keep the good and sell the bad but those profits are very tempting. By the way, I also hold FSZ and CGX, 2 of your recommendations, but I see those as growth stories that will keep climbing - keep up the good work.
Regards. Robert

Q: Suncor [SU] - With Warren Buffett announcing that he has a stake in Suncor the stock popped. I'm thinking this would be a good time to bank my gains and wait for the stock to drift lower before buying in again. Any comments will be appreciated.
Thank you,
Ron

Q: Hi Peter,
In our children's in-trust accounts, I am currently considering replacing CPX (Capital Power) which has a stable dividend but low growth with BNS (Scotiabank) for a bit more growth as well as a stable dividend. Please comment. Thanks!

Q: CPL and SVR
Hello! I own the above gold and silver bullion funds. I am somewhat confused as to whether these are considered "paper bullion" as I have read that the ETF's have been drained. I have read that bullion has been leased out 49 times, and that Comex is running out of bullion. Is this eventually going to affect my holdings? Thanks for your help on this.

Q: Hi Peter & Co.,
I purchased shares in RioCan, Dundee Reit, Calloway, and First Capital Realty earlier this summer. Most have declined in price since then, but now I'm finding the distribution yields so attractive that I'm thinking of "doubling down". Is this a good entry point (has all the damage been done?)or will there be a more attractive entry point between now and year end? Also, my REIT holdings now account for about 10% of my portfolio - what would you recommend as the maximum allocation to this sector (I'm a long-term dividend investor)?
Many thanks and have a great weekend!
Brian
