How long do cease trade order normally last once a company files the paper work they were missing (ie is the bureaucracy at BCSC pretty quick?)
Looks like PTQ had a cease trade order implemented on Friday (after close?) due to late filing of their quarter documents.

Current thoughts on the company?

Any idea what will happen to the Tuckamore Capital deb, TX.DB.C? I have a very small amount in the deb., and will sell for a capital loss, unless you see something magical happening between now and Mar. 2014.

I have four preferred shares that will likely be called in the next two months. Trying to come close to the yield they were giving me.I have a lot of the Pembinas, Keyeras, and real good ones as far as equities. In order to get more yield your valued opinion please on GH, RSI, COS,MED, DR, DBD,LW,and BDT Please. This is a list of stocks and etf's that I currently own and was wondering if I should rebalance or add other sectors or etf's. ewj, grmn, hnl, acq, bns, esl, fez, hcg, stn, xef, bad, bpo, cgx, csu, gil, iwo, mg, pfz, ry and vrx. Q: Peter and Team,

Any thoughts on Pretium Resources' recent results. Looks pretty explosive in a good way. I've stayed away because I was scared of an over-promise/under-deliver situation with their extremely high-grade Valley of the Kings. The latest results make me wonder if I should be moving money from some other gold plays to this.

Your thoughts?
