Q: Hi Peter & Team,
I am thinking to invest in VGR, but with the Canadian $ is so low, does it make sense to invest in the US stock market these days, with about 14% up-charge? (maybe by the time I'll sell it, the Canadian $ will strengthen and I will lose the exchange rate - I don't think the exchang rate will be lower)
Also, I could not find any Canadian tobacco listed in Canada.
Do you know and recommend any?
Thanks,

Q: Could you expand your answer to Richard in regards to gold, when you said " you consider gold important as insurance within a portfolio."
I understand the concept, what I want to know is what you are talking about, physical gold, etf's, stocks etc.
If you need this type of insurance what should you hold and why..

Thank you again..

Q: I always seem to buy more of a company just before they do a financing and then the stock goes down to the financing price or below usually a few bucks or more. My question: do you foresee a financing for aya, dhx, acq, bdi or bad in the near term to shore up their balance sheet? Which of these companies would require more money in order to grow or are they all well financed and can grow organically?
