I am interested in buying TWIN BUTTE ENERGY J (TBE: Toronto)for the 6.3% yield and some growth. It seems to be in a nice uptrend at the moment. Do you rate it a buy ,sell or hold at this moment ?

Q: Hello,
I own ZCS (ETF) for the fixed income portion of my portfolio and I was wondering if I should diversify in other names. Is there a specific risk of owning only one ETF for a large portion of a portfolio. I understand that ZCS is diversified in various names and sectors and uses DEX Short Corp. Bonds as benchmark. Would you have suggestions ? I know about CBO which seems OK. I prefer to stay in the short / medium term (5 year max) as I feel the risk/reward for long bonds is not very attractive if the interest rates do go up. I tried to find a low fee mortgage fund without success and my interest in government bonds is very limted (returns are too low).

What are your views on KGI? It is expected to produce 180 - 200 k ounces of gold this year and earn about $1.8 per share. Considering these facts and the rise in price of gold, this should have been positive for the company. To the contrary it took a tumble in the last few days while others went up. Do you like the company or is it time to bail out as the price decline might be indicative of something negative.

I would appreciate your opinion of Jean Coutu (PJC.A- T) When I compare PJC to Shoppers Drug Mart (SC- T) the fundamentals of PJC appear to be a bit better. I like this area of the retail sector but cash strapped Governments are a concern. Thank you for your help Peter.
