Q: What is your interpretation of Zentek spinning out their graphite deposit to obtain outside financing to develop this project.

What is your guess as to how this may unfold.

Q: Hi 5i,
I'm looking at a small investment in the graphene space (batteries, auto parts etc.). 2 companies that I have found are GRA (nanoxplore) and ZEN (zen graphene solutions).
Are there any others to consider?
Would it be possible to provide a bit of background information on these 2 (and others you may like) and give your thoughts?
Of these 2 do you have a preference or would you split 50/50?
Thanks!!

Q: Hi
Industrial usage of graphite seems to be gathering momentum. more products are released with graphite (anecdotally, I just bought a hammer at canadian tire with a graphite handle.
Furthermore, ''exotic'' metals (high tech) are gathering also momentum with investors, the likes of Cobalt, Kaolin, rhodium, REE, and many others as pure plays or transformed for new applications titanium with Pyrogenesis for example.
Graphene seems also to be of interest.
Mason graphite has made some headline lately,-Lac gueret has been recognised-I think in part because of the expertise of his CEO.
I was very early some years ago and started to come back.
Your opinion will be appreciated on

Q: Are there any public companies out there with a good foothold in the graphene development market? I read that it's going to be the super material of the future, but that it's early days still. A recent story about new battery technology based on graphene that can be charged in seconds and last for weeks has tweaked my interest in this material.

Q: Price Size Mkt Time Buy Sell
0.85 0 TSXV 15:56:48 001 001
0.88 1,000 TSXV 15:55:10 007 002

The last trade shows 0 shares traded and a close 3 cents lower than the previous trade where 1,000 traded. Can you explain why when no shares trade a price can drop 3 cents?
A Happy New Year to everyone and thanks for the many questions answered.

Q: ZEN.V
Hi 5i, Notice Peter commented on this company in April last year. With the news out today from IBM R&D on a graphene chip 10,000 faster then a silicon one, and realizing this is still very, very early and a PEA due out from the company in the near future, if you guys had any thoughts on what might be a catalyst for an investment decision, specifically for this company and also more generally for smaller / start up type corporations.

Cheers,
rtk

Q: Good Morning Peter and Team

I would like to get a detailed answer from the team regarding Zen or Zenyatta Ventures. Specifically they have had great drilling results throughout the summer and have just gotton a sizeable NRC grant.

Although the 43-101 hasnt been published there is enough data with the drill results coupled with industry information to at least start basing a NAV.

1) Will you be covering this stock in the future after the 43-101?

2) Do you have any specific concerns for this stock?

3) What would you deem a likely buyout scenario to be?

Much appreciated in advance and always look forward to hearing your perspective.

Phil
