I purchased PLI at .87 and am currently up, but it's a bit of a wild ride. Would your recommendation be to sell while it's up?

Q: Hi Peter & 5i: The market appears to be punishing Argonaut (AR), for its most recently reported results, with new 52-week lows. The other gold companies that I view as potential holdings are all up substantially from their lows and gold is up over $100 an ounce from its bottom (though all have retreated some from their most recent peaks). I’m very light on golds and looking to start taking my weighting up with a basket of 4 or 5 holdings. What do you think of adding some AR at the current level? Thanks.

Regarding BYD.DB, can you explain in some detail how this security will behave? Since it is trading well above its conversion price, my understanding is that its delta should be close to 100% of BYD.UN, but it will have 5.75% interest payments instead of the ~1.35% distribution? Does this not make it more attractive than holding BYD.UN? Can you also put into simple language the redemption features?

Q: At some point I would like to buy a vanguard canada etf that gives me US market exposure. VFV is the S+P index unhedged and VSP is the S+P index CAD hedged. Can you give me a simple answer as to when it makes more sense to buy hedged rather than unhedged? For example, if I think the canadian dollar is going back to par, which do i buy. If it stays at it's current level, which do I buy and why.

Q: Re Cineplex (CGX): Based on Morningstar data, CGX has had an average 5 yr payout ratio of approx 114%. If this data is accurate, is the dividend payout being supported by free cash flow? Is this feasible in the long run?
