Q: I have held Direct Cash for several years, like the monthly payment I receive from them. However with the declining share price is it time to sell.
I am an income required investor, diversified with 23 companies which includes 4 speculative companies. If you suggest selling DCI would you have any suggestions to replace the DCI holding?
Thank you and I am very happy with my 5i investment which I rate an A
Q: How did you choose your model portfolio from your summary list? Is it an issue of diversification? Your model portfolio has 20 securities and based on a total of $ 100,000. If I wanted to invest $ 500,000, do I just simply multiply everything by 5? or do you suggest that I choose others from you summary list keeping the diversification issue in check?
Q: Hi Peter. I notice that CPG is ending their Premium DRIP program. Will this have much effect on share issuance and therefore earnings per share? Thanks
Q: ATP just released quarterly results. Management seems positive, but results look mixed. Good EBITDA improvement, but, not so with cash flow. However, it looks like they have cash on hand of more than $1 per share. This has been my worst performer in a long time. My cost is $12 per share. Would you hold on geven where they are today?
Q: ANV(bond) I own the allied nevada 8.75% bond which matures in 2017. It's only 2.5% of my portfolio, but can I expect to continue getting the interest payments and my cash back at maturity? And given the current cost of the bond, would a further investment be at all prudent?
Thanks
Kyle
