Q: re: CSX

Have a 4% weighting in portfolio.

Accident yesterday comes at a poor time as Virginia was in the process of reviewing "oil by Rail" with an attitude towards preferring pipeline over rail. This is only going to further the pipeline argument.

Can you provide any insight into how this might effect CSX moving forward?

Q: Hello Team. Your thoughts on ZRE? I just bought shares ... just under 4% of my portfolios (3 portfolios in total)and then the new Money Saver magazine for May arrived by email and I read the article on Reits (pgs 6 and 7)suggesting not to buy right now! I also own H & R and Home Capital and First Service. (each at 4% or so.) Is this a problem?

Q: Good day! I am looking at the cash flow for RSI (Rogers Sugar) on SEDAR for yesterdays results, and am trying to work out the payout ratio. Could you tell me what of the items would need to be adjusted from the earnings to give a "realistic" payout ratio. What do you calculate as the payout ratio? Thanks!

Q: CF is up substantially today. Could you please explain their press release "Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. discloses cancellation of shares acquired under normal course issuer bid/buy-back programme and total voting rights". Is this the reason for the increase? I'm somewhat confused. Thanks as always for the great work you're doing.

Q: own 800 shares of BAM.PF.C perpetual series 36 at 4.85%. bought at IPO down 13.6% if i take dividend into account loss is around 7.5%.In view of eventual rise in rates selling now seems like the best option.

Q: There has been some interesting discussion of AGMs recently. Perhaps Sherritt's meeting next tuesday will be one of the interesting ones. Do you have any thoughts on which way to vote my shares in the proxy battle now going on?

Also, Catamaran, CCT, reported stellar earnings to-day, as usual. Do you have any insight as to why the stock price has been down so much in the last 2 months? It is rebounding nicely to-day but is still well off its recent high.
