Q: Interesting update. How did the VC firm end up with 22%? Was that some sort of dilutive bail out? Just seems odd they would hold 7X the stock that Mgmnt does.

Q: Good Morning Peter, Ryan, and Team,
Just a question regarding rebalancing. Some of the stocks in our portfolios (Thank you very very much) have run up to the 6-7% level. (CSU is amazing) Should I be trimming / adding on an ongoing
basis ??? Or would it be better to trim during the typical period of seasonal strength (like now) and add during the period of typical seasonal weakness (like the fall). I know that it does not pay to be too cute in this game. Your feedback on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all of your help. DL

Q: Chesswood has announced they will issue, 2,871,800 subscription receipts ("Subscription Receipts") at a price of $9.75 and yet the share price today is up some 11% and over $11.00. I would have thought this would have had a negative effect. Can you explain? Thanks John

Q: Can you please provide an opinion on this stock? Their web site says their objective is to "(i) pay monthly distributions to unitholders on a tax-advantaged basis and (ii) maximize total after-tax returns for unitholders over the life of the Fund.", but all the income is flagged as a 100% return of capital. How is this done?

Q: Hello Team, Can I get your thoughts on this ETF. Seems to be a fund of funds. Looks pretty stable, not volatile and pays a decent dividend. I am looking for something in my income portfolio that is somewhat low risk and yet still pays a decent dividend. Others I have considered are cbo and vsc. If you have any others that you would consider.

Q: I have a non-registered account that DRIPs all my holdings, some of them for the past 10 years. I am retiring this year and the plan is to stop the DRIPs and start withdrawing monthly dividend income. The account is expected to provide about 1/3 of our income, with the rest coming from pensions, OAS, CPP and RRSP draw downs. I am interested in any comments or changes you would suggest to this portfolio: arx, sgy, wcp, cpg, tog, hr.un, rei.un, d.un, ax.un, ipl, key, ppl, bce, spb, pki and stb. Thanks.
