Q: Good morning....At what per barrel would the oil stocks "most likely" be required to look at cutting dividends....ie. CPG, SYG,WCP etc...what can they be sustained at?

Q: I've been following 5i for a while now and am very grateful for your unbiased advice and responses. I couldn't afford to buy ALL of the stocks in the Model Portfolio when I first joined so started out with 6. I now have BNS, FSV, MG, STN, SYZ and TOU as these seemed a fair "micro model" group. Although they've taken a hit of late, I'm holding long and am still pleased with gains so far this year. I'll soon have a bit more cash to buy - should I stick with these 6 and do some re-balancing and adding, or would you suggest a few more from the Model, and if so, which ones. I'm in for the long haul.

Q: Peter and team,

I have been looking for a good water idea for a long time and came across American Water Works on the US exchange recently. The 5 year chart looks good and the dividend has been increased steadily.

What are your thoughts on this company and investing in this stock?

Q: I am looking at ensuring that I have diversification in my portfolio, which hasn't always been the case. I am still heavy in energy. I would like to add a health care position. I have gone through most of your recommendations and I don't see anyone stock that is obvious. I know that KBRO is indirectly related, but it is considered an industrial. What would be your recommendation for healthcare. I really appreciate your service, and I find that I learn something everyday. Cheers.

Q: Probably not the best time to ask this given all the current excitement buy how do you guys determine which stocks and how many you cover and do you consistently try to weed out the weaker companies (c rating and below?) and replace them with stronger options?
Is there a fixed # of stocks you will cover and what criteria do you use to drop a stock?

Q: ACQ was added to the S & P/TSX composite buyback index. Is it significant to shareholders?

First, am loving the correction and the opportunities it is providing. With that in mind I would like to hear your thoughts on PRW.

There is tons of commentary regarding the BC LNG proj and the probabilities of it moving forward in the foreseeable future. There is no question it would do much for the BC economy. For every positive comment you hear, there are just as many negative comments stating it may not move forward for many years.

My Questions???? PRW has many projects in the works. How would their prospects be effected IF the LNG project did not go forward in a reasonable time frame? What is you thoughts on whether it will or will not go ahead? And lastly, what are your thoughts on PRW in general (sell, hold or buy) at this time with the pull back in full force?

Q: Hi Team,

General question. If I have unrealized gains in certain stocks (take AYA for example) would it not be wise to cash in these gains and top of several stocks that have dropped sharply? BAD or AVO would come to mind.

In addition I was quite over weight in SGY. I like the stock and think it will rebound (I get the sense you agree as well). However I was thinking of cutting my position from ~10% down to 5% in order to redistribute these funds to the above mentioned stocks or possibly others (BDI, MCB etc...) that have been mentioned in your questions section.

I suppose in summary I realize that selling now is not ideal (as everyone else seems to be) but are there certain times when freeing up money in your portfolio to buy stocks that have been hit hard is a good idea?

Q: jean coutu is very strong with volume in this down market. I am thinking of going in for a short term trade. Your opinion would be appreciated.
