Q: Is Direct Cash (DCI) worth looking at as a buy today given the price drop? Is the dividend sustainable? Or is the analyst's sell recommendation a good reason to hold off? Thanks.

Q: I have been looking at REITs since the sector as a whole has dropped. I have D.UN but it has flat-lined, to borrow your exprssion. I have also looked at Dundee Industrial(DIR),True North
(TH.UN) and Health Lease(HLP.UN) You can tell that I am more interested in div income than growth, as these are all yielding above 8%. What is your opinion of these? Alternatively, should I be looking at an ETF that will cover these reits. I find etf's hard to follow as there are so many and they all sound alike and have similar names.

Q: Hi 5i people. This is a follow up question to one asked by Ray regarding QE. No one seems to be worried about the consequences of QE. It's a party, let keep going! The FED's balance sheet is now above 3 trillion (with a T). Could we please pause for a moment and ask what happens when they unwind that or how are they going to do it? Are we not at least robbing Peter (tomorrow) to pay Paul (to-day)? Henry

have you looked at the brian acker model price guy stock evaluation using his ebv lines ? i have followed this for a couple of months and it seems to work on a lot of the better valued stocks . any thoughts on this
