Q: Just wondering what your comments are on the overall company of DIV and how safe do you think the dividend is? Also on October 4th there was a press release. In the press release it stated
"The Corporation will be holding a Special Meeting of shareholders to consider and, if thought advisable, to pass a special resolution to approve the reduction of the stated capital of the Corporation’s common shares to $200.0 million."
What does that exactly mean and is it positive, negative or neither towards the share price?
Thanks

Q: Hi,
I need to prune my financials and I am down to looking at DIV and AD. In looking at DIV, the question I ask is, "Would they have sold Franworks if they weren't confident that they had something in line to redeploy the cash into?" With AD, it is "When will they be able to get some resolution with troubled partners?"
In any otherwise balanced portfolio, which of the two companies would you choose to keep at this time?
Regards,
Robert

Q: Hi,
Within an overall balanced portfolio, I am looking to add one "high yielder" to supplement dividend income. Which of the four listed would you prefer and feel the dividend is the "most" secure going forward? Is their a different equity that you would recommend other than the four listed?

Robert

Q: Could you comment on sale to Cara of Franworks ?
Q: Would you recommend buying, holding or selling DIV and why would you do so?
Q: Any reason for the high volume move up today? Maybe a delayed reaction to the news that the litigation issue has been finally put to rest?
Q: Would you please comment on diversifieds earnings.
Q: Hi, All of the above companies have been paying dividends consistently. I would appreciate your advise and rating, perhaps a better choice. I Can you tell me some details of DS and DFN, p/e, management fees, payout, reliability.
Many thanks, J.a.P. Burlington

Q: Is the dividend on DIV safe and will the stock show growth when/if their longstanding litigation problems are settled?
Q: Hello,
Wondering if you can give your overall thoughts on this company, touch on the debt levels / payout ratio, and if possible comment on how they may plan to "diversify out of Alberta".
Thank you for your service,
Jim

Q: Your thoughts on this company please.
As will all dividend payers, is this payout (almost 10%) "safe & sustainable"?
Cheers - Chris
