Q: I noticed there has been no recent question on SUNC. I hung on to it following the PKI takeover and recently added a bit for income. They have now announced a dividend that is close to 7%. My question, is it likely secure, if such a thing exists in this day?

Q: Wow - did I ever screw up! I bought PKI shares on October 30 not realizing there was a deal already in the works with Sunoco. It appears to me that I lost half my investment in a week. Can I use this as a tax loss?
